We collect it, or you drop it off
- Collection is free. Free pickup is available 24/7. We confirm your pickup time when you book. We confirm we can collect from your address before the booking is final.
- Prefer to drop it in? Bring it to our workshop in Deira, Dubai, UAE, open daily from 9:00 am to midnight.
We repair it at our workshop
- A repair with a published price goes ahead as booked.
- A fault that needs a look first is diagnosed free. Then we tell you the repair and its price.
- Every repair is done at our Deira workshop. We never repair at your home or office.
- The repair is tested before the device leaves.
We bring it back, then you pay
- Return is free, or you can collect it from our workshop.
- You pay once the repair is complete, online through our payment provider, Ziina.
- If we cannot repair your device, you are not charged for a repair that did not happen.
Follow your repair, or cancel
Enter your booking number and phone number on the Track Repair page to see which stage your device has reached. Changed your mind? You can cancel there for free until your device reaches our workshop. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
