How much does a repair cost?
If we publish a price for your repair, you see the exact AED figure as soon as you pick your model during booking, and the prices page lists the starting figures. If the fault needs inspecting first, we diagnose it at our workshop for free and then tell you which repair it needs and what it costs.
Do you charge for diagnosis?
No. When a fault can't be priced in advance, we inspect the device at our workshop free of charge and then confirm the repair and its price.
Are collection and return really free?
Yes, both ways. We collect from major areas of Dubai and from across the UAE, repair the device at our workshop and deliver it back without charging for either trip. You can also drop it at our workshop in Deira. Before your booking is finalised, we confirm that we can collect from your address.
Can you repair my device at my home or office?
No. All repairs are done at our workshop, where the tools and test equipment are. We collect the device from you and return it once it has passed its quality check.
How long will the repair take?
Each priced repair shows its estimated repair time next to the price before you book. For a repair priced after diagnosis, we give you the timeframe together with the price.
Is my data safe during a repair?
Most repairs, such as screens, batteries, back glass, cameras and charging ports, need no reset and don't touch your data. If a particular repair puts your data at any risk, we tell you before we start so you can back up first.
What kind of parts do you fit?
Quality-tested parts, with each repair's warranty period shown before you book. If a part option changes the price or the warranty, we explain the difference and leave the choice to you.
Can I choose the repair myself?
Yes, for any repair with a published price: you choose it and see its price while you book. If the fault needs diagnosing, we inspect the device free of charge and then confirm which repair it needs and what it costs.
What if my device can't be repaired?
We explain what we found and send the device back. There's no charge for a repair that didn't happen, and the diagnosis is free.
Does my repair come with a warranty?
Each repair has its own warranty length, shown next to the price before you confirm the booking. For a repair priced after diagnosis, the warranty comes with the quote. Either way, you know it before you pay.
What if I don't know my exact model?
That's fine. Choose “I'm not sure about the model” when you book and we identify it once we have the device. Not knowing your model never stops a booking.
Can you fix water damage?
Yes. Liquid damage always needs inspecting before it can be priced, so we diagnose it free, tell you plainly what can and can't be recovered, and quote you before carrying out the repair.
How do I check on my repair?
Every booking has a reference number. Enter it with your phone number on the Track Repair page to see which stage your device has reached, from collection through diagnosis and repair to delivery.
