Charging problems
Charges only when the cable is angled, or not at all. Usually pocket lint packed into the port, occasionally the port itself.
Back glass
A shattered rear panel. Sharp edges aside, it lets dust and moisture into the phone.
Camera
Photos that blur or shake, a black screen in the camera app, or a cracked lens cover.
Speaker
Calls and audio that sound faint, muffled or crackly, from the earpiece or the bottom speaker.
Microphone
People can't hear you on calls, or videos and voice notes record silence.
Software issues
Frozen on the Apple logo, rebooting on a loop, or an update or restore that won't complete.
Liquid-damage diagnosis
Turn it off and keep it off the charger. We open it, check the board for corrosion and tell you straight what can be saved.
Apple, or a workshop like ours?
Start with Apple if your iPhone is still inside Apple's one-year limited warranty or covered by AppleCare+. Manufacturing faults are fixed free under the warranty, and AppleCare+ covers accidents such as a broken screen for a set service fee. Once the phone is out of cover, Apple repairs it with Apple parts at its own out-of-warranty prices.
That is the point where an independent workshop makes sense. The screen and battery price for your exact model is in the table above, anything else is diagnosed free, we collect and return the phone free across Dubai, and you pay only when the repair is done.

What does iPhone repair cost in Dubai?
It depends on your model and the repair. The table on this page lists screen and battery prices for every iPhone we cover, and the figure shown is the price you pay, with collection and return included free. Other faults get a free diagnosis at our workshop, after which we confirm the repair and its price.
Is there an iPhone repair shop near me?
You don't need one nearby. We collect your iPhone free from your home or office across Dubai, repair it at our workshop and bring it back at no charge. If you'd rather drop it in yourself, the workshop is at Deira, Dubai, UAE.
Which iPhone models can you fix?
Every model in the table on this page can be booked online with its price shown. If yours isn't there, or you're not sure which iPhone you have, book anyway and we identify it once we have it.
Will a repair affect my data?
Screen, battery, back glass, camera and charging repairs need no reset and leave your storage untouched. If a repair carries any risk to your data, we say so before starting so you can back up.
How should I prepare my iPhone?
If it still switches on, back it up to iCloud or a computer first. No repair is entirely without risk, and a fresh backup costs nothing. You don't need to share your passcode to book. If a test for your repair, such as Face ID or the camera, can only be done on an unlocked phone, we explain why before we ask.
Can a technician come to me instead?
No. All repairs take place at our Deira workshop. We collect your iPhone free across Dubai and the UAE and return it free afterwards, or you can drop it off yourself.
What happens if my iPhone can't be fixed?
We explain what we found and return it. Payment is only taken for a completed repair, so you pay nothing for one that didn't happen, and the diagnosis is free.
