What we fix on a Samsung
Each of these is diagnosed free at our workshop, and then we confirm the repair and its price.
Screen replacement
Cracked glass, a green or pink line that appeared without a drop, a burnt-in status bar, or one edge that ignores touch.
Battery replacement
Running flat by mid-afternoon, switching off at 20% or more, slow charging, or a battery swollen enough to lift the back glass.
Charging port
A USB-C port that only charges at an angle, or not at all. Packed-in lint is the usual culprit; sometimes the port itself has failed.
Back glass
Broken rear glass that cuts fingers and lets dust and moisture past the seal. On wireless-charging models the coil beneath it can be affected too.
Camera
A cracked lens cover, photos that won't focus, a lens that rattles after a drop on stabilised models, or a camera app that opens to black.
Speaker and microphone
Callers can't hear you, audio is muffled or crackling, or the earpiece has gone quiet while the loudspeaker still plays.
Fingerprint and face unlock
In-display fingerprint readers can stop recognising you after a screen replacement or a new screen protector. We find out whether it is the sensor or the setup.
Liquid damage diagnosis
Water resistance fades as seals age. Switch the phone off, keep it off the charger, and let us open it and check for corrosion first.
Why Galaxy screens cost more than you'd expect
On most Galaxy phones you can't simply swap the glass. The AMOLED panel and the touch layer are bonded together, usually to the mid-frame as well, and on many models the battery is glued to the back of the whole assembly. Fixing a cracked screen means fitting that complete unit, which is why a Galaxy screen repair often costs more than the same repair on a similarly priced phone.
The same construction explains a fault that catches owners out: a thin green or pink line on a screen that was never dropped. That is the panel or its connector failing rather than accidental damage, and the fix is the same full assembly.
Samsung service parts or aftermarket
For most Galaxy models there is a Samsung service assembly and there are aftermarket alternatives, and they are not equivalent. Aftermarket panels differ in colour and maximum brightness, and some lack the hardware the in-display fingerprint reader relies on, so unlocking may not behave the same afterwards.
When both exist for your model, we tell you which one we are quoting, its price and its warranty. You are never quoted for one and fitted with the other.
Fold and Flip repairs are priced separately
Foldables are a category of their own. The inner flexible screen, the hinge and the film over the panel each wear in their own way: a crease that turns into a line, a hinge clogged with dust and grit, or the factory screen protector peeling at the fold, which is normal wear rather than a failing panel.
Their parts and labour differ so much from a regular Galaxy that we don't publish one price for them. Give us your exact model when you book; we diagnose it free at our workshop and then confirm the repair and its price.
Knox, your data and what stays untouched
Screen, battery, charging port and camera repairs don't need a factory reset, and we don't wipe phones to carry them out. Samsung Pay, Secure Folder and everything else Knox protects is left exactly as it is.
Two things to do anyway. Back up before handing the phone over, because no repair is entirely without risk. And if it still turns on, keep your Google account and screen lock to hand: we can't fully test a phone we can't unlock before it goes back to you.
How to find your exact Galaxy model
Galaxy names are easy to mix up, and an S23, an S23+ and an S23 Ultra all take different parts. The model code beginning with SM-, under Settings › About phone › Model number, settles it. Share that code when you book and the price you see is for your exact phone.

Screen, battery and charging port repairs need no factory reset and don't touch your data. If a particular repair puts your data at any risk, we tell you before we start.
Do I need to visit a shop?
No. We collect your phone free from across Dubai and the UAE, repair it at our Deira workshop and bring it back free. You're welcome to drop it off yourself instead. We don't carry out repairs on site.
What does a Galaxy screen replacement cost?
