Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

These terms explain how booking a repair with us works: how prices are set, how we collect and return your device, what we ask of you, and when you pay.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Repairing.ae or book a repair with us. Repairing.ae is operated by Repairing.ae. By booking a repair, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking

You book online by choosing your device (or telling us you are not sure of the model), describing the problem, choosing how we should get the device, and giving your contact details. You receive a booking number when you submit.

A submitted booking is a request. We confirm it, including collection availability for your area, before the booking is finalised.

3. Pricing and diagnosis

Upfront prices. For repairs where we publish a price, the price for your model is shown during booking, and that price is your booking total. No VAT is added. Pickup and return delivery are free.

Repairs you select. When you book a repair with a published price, you have chosen that repair at that price, and we carry it out once we have your device.

Diagnosis. If your issue needs inspection before it can be priced, we diagnose the device free of charge at our workshop and confirm the required repair and applicable price according to our current service process.

4. Collection, delivery and drop-off

We collect your device free of charge and return it free of charge after the repair, or you can drop it off at our workshop in Deira. Every repair is carried out at our workshop: we do not repair devices at your home, office or any other location. We confirm pickup availability for your address before your booking is finalised.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate contact and address details, and be available at the agreed time.
  • Describe the problem as accurately as you can.
  • You confirm that you own the device or are authorised by its owner to request its repair.
  • Back up your data before handing the device over (see your data).

6. Passcodes and device access

The booking form never asks for your passcode. Some checks, such as testing Face ID, cameras or the display, can only be completed on an unlocked device. If that applies to your repair, we will explain why before asking.

7. Your data

Most repairs, such as screen, battery, back glass, camera and charging port replacements, do not require a factory reset or touch your data. If a specific repair carries any risk to your data, we tell you before starting so you can back it up. Backing up your device remains your responsibility.

8. Repair risks

Devices with previous impact damage, liquid damage, or earlier repairs elsewhere can develop further faults when they are opened. Where we can see a risk like this during diagnosis, we tell you.

9. Replacement parts

For some repairs we offer more than one part option, such as original or aftermarket. We explain the difference, the price and the warranty before you book, and the choice is yours.

10. Quality check

Every repaired device goes through a quality check before it is returned to you.

11. Warranty

The warranty period is set per repair and shown before you book, or given with the price for a repair quoted after diagnosis. See our warranty policy for what it covers and how to claim.

12. Devices we cannot repair

If we cannot repair your device, we tell you what we found and return it. You are not charged for a repair that did not happen, and the diagnosis is free.

13. Payment

Payment is collected once your repair is complete, not when you book. For a repair priced when you book, you can then pay online through our payment provider, Ziina, from the Track Repair page, and we issue an invoice. For a repair priced after diagnosis, we tell you how to pay when we send you the price.

14. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a booking free of charge on the Track Repair page until your device reaches our workshop. See our refund and cancellation policy for the details and for how refunds are issued.

15. Devices that cannot be returned

If we cannot return a repaired or unrepaired device because we cannot reach you or the delivery is refused, we will keep contacting you using the details on your booking to arrange its return.

16. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

17. Using this website

We work to keep prices, turnaround times and availability on this site accurate, but they can change. The price that applies to your repair is the one shown on your booking total or confirmed to you after diagnosis. Please do not misuse the site, for example by attempting to access other customers’ bookings or disrupting the service.

18. Intellectual property

The content and logo on this website belong to Repairing.ae. Brand names such as Apple, Samsung, Dell and HP belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the devices we repair.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your repair is the one on this page when you booked.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
